Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SmokeShow Boudoir website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Age Requirement
By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. SmokeShow Boudoir does not provide services to minors, and any use of our services by individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

3. Services Provided
SmokeShow Boudoir offers photography services, including but not limited to boudoir sessions, image processing, and print production.

4. Booking & Payments
To secure your session the following is required: 
  • A non-refundable retainer at the time you select your session date. This is to hold your date and time on the studio calendar.
  • A signed session agreement/contract within 24 hours of selecting a date on our calendar. 
  • Arrangements to pre-purchase in full or a Pre-Session Payment Plan, for at least the studio minimum of $1600, must be setup within 30 days of selecting your session date.
By booking a session and submitting your retainer payment,  you agree to meet these requirements. Should they not be met, your non-refundable session retainer will be forfeited and your selected date will be released on the studio calendar.

  • Payments are processed through a secure third-party system.
  • By submitting payment over the phone or via written request, you authorize SmokeShow Boudoir/Kayla DeHart Photography LLC to charge the provided form of payment in the agreed upon amount.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy, outlined in the session agreement/contract.
  • Due to the custom nature of photography services, all sales are final.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not available for lingerie purchased in the studio boutique with the exception of manufacturer defect or error and determinations of qualifying items is made at the discretion of SmokeShow Boudoir/Kayla DeHart Photography LLC.
